  • CNMI Customs and Biosecurity After Hours Processing Fee - $100/flight will be assessed for flights arriving into the CNMI outside of normal operating hours [defined as 07:30- 16:30 Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)]. This includes any flights needed to return an aircraft back to base after performing a charter flight.
