Rota to Guam
Guam to Rota

The check-in counter opens 45 minutes prior to departure time.

The counter closes 20 minutes prior to departure time.

Boarding time is 10 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers not in the

departure area during boarding time will be considered no show and tickets forfeited.

Flight Rates

Y-Fare Fare Rules - NORMAL RATES - and Restrictions for Rota/Guam Scheduled flights

  • Valid ID is required upon check in

  • Combined total weight of 20 lbs. per passenger - personal item and 1 checked-in bag.

  • No Payment- No Reservation

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable on purchased seats

  • A one (1) time re-booking is allowed with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice prior to departure at no charge. Any changes made less than 24 hours will not be allowed.

  • Changes made between 72 and 24 hours prior to departure will be  assessed $45.00 change fee, per passenger.

  • Cancellation booking  is allowed if passenger cancels their reservations more than 72 hours prior to the departure. Customer will be refunded the amount paid less    a $20.00 service fee per passenger.

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours will not be allowed.

Passengers who have checked in but are not present in the boarding area 10 minutes prior to departure will also be considered as a "no-show" passenger.

  • Hazardous materials accepted with applicable charges

  • In the unlikely event when operation dictates, a customer who has misrepresented their weight by more than 20% or the last customer to check in will be denied boarding. SMA will make every effort to accommodate passengers who were denied boarding on the next available flight.

Excess Baggage Fees

Any baggage weight in excess of the limit is subject to an excess baggage weight charge as follows:
