Location: STAR Marianas Air – Light Aircraft Commuter Facility, Tamuning, Guam
Pay Rate: Starting at $9.25 to $11.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and educational background.

STAR Marianas Air, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist at our Guam station. The role includes assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and special requests; managing reservations; handling baggage and cargo; coordinating with flight crews; and ensuring smooth daily operations in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of customer service experience (aviation preferred)

• Strong communication and computer proficiency

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Availability to work weekends and holidays
